Cumbria Woodlands Forest Festival at the Westmorland show

Two days filled with demos including from the UK Loggers, chainsaw carving, woodland crafts, axe throwing and six seminars. Resilience & Climate Risk – The Role of Urban Trees

This webinar will explore how urban trees can help cities adapt to and mitigate climate change, focusing on their role in reducing heat, managing climate risks and ensuring tree survival in changing conditions. The session will include presentations on climate projections, urban heat, vulnerability assessments and tree species selection for future climates.
